    "How to extract".
    Use Winzip, WinRAR or XP's built in extractor.
    R click the downloaded file, etc.

    Best theme ever!!!

    To install this theme under Windows XP, simply manually extract the EXE to the C:\Windows\Resources\Themes directory.

    The Royale theme is a nice improvment, but the installer is only for the tablet pc
    just open with your favorite archiver and extract the msstyles file and wallpaper and the shellstyle.dll for regular xp

    Cool new theme for XP. I have it on both my Tablet PC and my desktop, and so far it works great.
