    this program either works very well..or not at all. with some people i cant get audio or video to work, and i think i have tried "everything"....but with other people, it works just fine, it may or may not have anything to do with bandwidth, cuz the person that it didnt work with, has LAN, but this program is worth a try...its not all that bad
