    It's unfortunate we have morons who can't read "reviewing" programs. If you don't know what it is, or how it works, why are you rating it? Anyhow... I'm not sure why this was posted here since it's more of an update to what's built into Windows and not a standalone program. I have no problems, and this app found no problems, so I can't really say how well it works if you do have problems.

    Installed on Windows Update - works perfect if you knew what the program was for. Open Internet Explorer - it's in the tools menu called Diagnose Network Problems. Likewise when a page doesn't load it gives you the option to diagnose problems.

    I got this from MS Update. No start menu items were added, and I'm not rooting around in system32 looking for the a new needle in an old haystack.
