Microsoft Sasser (A-F) Worm Removal Tool will help to remove the Sasser (A-F) worm from infected systems. Once the tool has run—after the End-User License Agreement (EULA) is accepted, it automatically checks for infection and removes any of the targeted worms that are found. After running, the tool displays a message describing the outcome of the detection and removal process. The tool can be safely deleted after it has run. Also, the tool creates a log file named sasscln.log in the %WINDIR%\debug folder.

    Wish I could see the source for that Sasser worm!

    Just found out a highschool kid coded it. Anyway, this tool does what the description says it does with no malfunctions.

    point is, that this is NOT a review of the OS, but from this tool. It does everything what it says , so a 5. btw to sum of you go get out , take air, and in your way to PennyMarkt go get a life

    Wish i had this tool yestrerday.........Symantecs site was down completly live update also didnt work.....
    Luckly i had the previous release on USB memory stick
    And whoever isnt using Windows should not bother to post Beta release feedback period !!
