It's not bad, and it's free. However, it lacks most of the features that some of the larger capture apps have. But for a simple app to grab a quick screenshot, its quite effective. This should be part of windows.

Nice tool. Now if it could scroll screen to then take a snapshot, like FastStone Capture.
Update: Though it says it's for Vista also, it crashes upon open. Reduced rating.

Well thought out upgrade to the built-in Snipping tool since Vista. Have not used enough to find any quirks / idiosyncracies yet, so rating may change, but currently based upon the fact that this is Beta software and it works very well.
