It is good that Microsoft release the toolkit as free download. Microsoft need to make this compiler as free as possible, including the usage/EULA.
Microsoft need to make also the service pack for visual studio .net 2002 and 2003. they forget about this, meanwhile they just release the new service pack for visual studio 6 sp6. so why not providing SP for .net 2002 and 2003. This important because they pending the visual studio .net 2005.
