Excellent really - makes it very easy for all users to update their blog(s).

My only criticism is the Windows Live Installer - a stand alone installer would be much better IMO.

WLW works great in Vista, have been using it since the beta versions with WordPress hosts without issues.

Overall it's a very nive piece of software. Has a lot of funtions and possibilities, a fair ressource consumption and a friendly interface. Unfortunately - as a previous poster said - LiveJournal could be a little better supported (cannot enbed video files directly, cannot add tags the way they are added in LJ, and a few other small things...)
Anyway Live Writer deserves a strong 4 points and I would recommend it to bloggers.
