Mobilesaver is a tool to archive digital photos into a mobile equipment screensaver with hundreds of transition effects. The transformation includes mobile screensaver, slide show, photo to screensaver, screen saver maker, and cell phone screen saver.

    The software is freeware but you can't send anything to your phone without paying Mobilepanda. When you click Create, it generates an animated GIF for preview purposes. When you click Send, it uploads this GIF to Mobilepanda's server, which converts it into a format your phone can use. For example, my Sanyo 5300 only supports animated graphics in PMD format. Only after making a PayPal payment will Mobilepanda send an SMS message with the WAP URL for downloading the finished file. Unless your phone handles animated GIFs (only a few PDA-type phones do), there's nothing free about this program.
