    Being based on IE7 is not a bad thing. IE7 is an excellent, safe browser. Even though many experts now use another browser than IE (Firefox, Opera, Maxthon, Avant) because of preference when compared to IE6, they will not, they cannot make any claim that IE7 is not as safe as whatever they are using.

    To be honest, I have not downloaded Muddly and probably will not because I am happy with what I using now. But I have rated this software a "5" in order to counteract a low grade that has been given because it is based on IE7.
