NZB Completion Checker lets you check if a file is completely available on a usenet/newsgroup server(s). The check is multi threaded for speed. When the check has completed, you will be presented with some stats, that helps you to decide, if the NZB file is complete enough for you to download. For people who pay for each downloaded GB, this could save them some GB = $$$.

    Not every post has a par set, and in any event, many usenet providers charge per GB downloaded. The less you have to download the better. This is a handy little utility which will save people money.

    If it's imcomplete, the par files can repair it usually. So that make this amost useless.
