   But the latest driver has bug fixes for Nero. That doesn't make sense. It's one thing to have it on Adaptec's site, but it doesn't make sense to put a dll file here.

   It's useful for people that don't have Nero installed and require a decent ASPI driver for other applications. ;)
   
   Typically you can just dump the Nero aspi driver in the folder with the program that requires it.
