Just want to make a small note that NT resizes the MTU automatically according to the current network condition, setting a fixed value will only bring out more problems.
If your are on a high latency network, try to change the RWIN setting. I think RWIN is the only setting that worths to be changed.

Reviewing 3.0 Beta 2 (Sep 30, 2000)
Program is pretty good and hasn't done any damage on Win 2000. However, I have a beef with the authors Web site.
Trying to download the zip with Getright - forget it you can't. Tripod makes you cancel any download manager and stick with Internet Explorer (or I suppose??) Netscape.
No reason that I can see for this - change your posting site!

Reviewing 3.0 Beta 1 (Sep 18, 2000)
I haven't tried it, but I manaually tweaked the registry just like I have always done in windows 95 and 98 and found it to run a LOT slower online. Do NOT attempt to set the RWIN, MTU, or MSS under 2000. Go to this site for best modem optimization help under any windows OS: http://www.optimizing.net
Reviewing 2.5 (Apr 19, 2000)
Ok. It is getting much better than the first generation which I put only 1 or 2 points. I still say that the interface should be much more informative.
I don't see any serious compatibility problem found in the older version. so, I give **** stars out of 5. Good work.
