Net Send is a small console utility that can be used to send the messages from an command line, like Net send command in the Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server. But the utility Netsend.exe works in all Windows versions. It is Winpopup and Net send command compatible.

    It's contains two trial versions.
    NetSend is 20kb application.

    And it's over 2Mb in size. 1 star. (sound of pacman being eaten by a ghost).
