   Works pretty well. There IS a PC version. It uses your ISP news server to trawl message headers to find open servers.

   sticks2, you stated "Well you've obviously not tried this program".. I thought by saying "so I can't try it out" would say I didn't try that program out! As for the inability to actually search for news servers, I did state that it seemed that is what the button "Find Servers" was for. IF it doesn't search for servers using that button, ALRIGHTY THEN! I didn't say it did, and I haven't tried it because I don't have a mac laying around. I was just trying to help out in case ben174 didn't see the button for some reason. And yes, you do have to have a default server according to their web site, so you enter the one for your ISP, then I would guess you'd search from there.. but hey, I'll never know, again, I don't have a Mac.. this is what I get for trying to help someone out.. sheesh

   apocalance...have you ever heard the old saying "You can't always judge a book by it's cover" Well you've obviously not tried this program because this program is very fitting of that old saying. Ben174 has a very valid point because the picture would lead you to think that the program will find new servers for you, however, if you don't provide the program with a news server....you get nothing in return from this program....so again "What's the point. Don't waste your time dnlding this crap.

   What's the point?
   This program makes YOU enter in the news servers to check. If you already know the name of the news server, why not just enter it into your news client? Maybe I'm missing some server list database file or something.
