Most of Norman's products are not yet compatible with Windows Vista, including this free tool. The product home page tells you so, but the download page here is misleading by indicating "OS Support: Windows (All)." It should be all EXCEPT Windows 95 and Vista.

on Vista: Unable to initialise(sic) scanning engine. Also: error messages / reports need to have copy/paste/send to clipboard functionality. Good Luck.
