Offline CD Browser lets you save small images of your data CDs. You can then browse these images just as you do in the Windows Explorer, and even search through all of them for specific files, without having the disc connected. You cannot view or run files from it, because the image files are just graphic "tables of content" and therefore they almost don't take up any disk space at all.

This is a very good program. Its very intuitive and is fast. it is the best of several shareware/freeware progs I tried.

It does what the user expects from the program.
The interface is clear and not too confusing
