Offline Explorer is a program that allows you to download an unlimited number of your favorite Web and FTP sites for later offline viewing, editing or browsing. OE also has many Web development features that will allow you to easily edit, view, or browse your downloaded Web pages. One of its strengths is to allow you to selectively include or exclude individual servers, directories, and files using only keywords.

Reviewing 2.0.713 Beta 3 (Nov 27, 2001)
I tested Web Copier and I must say that Offline Explorer supports more modern Web technologies. Examples - better scripts support, Flash files parsing, AAM, XLS, many others. Besides, Offline Explorer Pro 2.0 version supports downloading from MMS streams (audio/video). This is really what makes a difference now.
I wonder if RTSP/PNM protocols will be added to Offline Explorer soon...
