Windows 2000/9x/Server 2003/XP / Shareware / 266 downloads

OpenSetup is a rapid development environment for setup packages. It allows developers to make installers for their applications. It utilises the Dacris Installer engine, a scripting engine that allows developers to create custom installations for their software products. One of the unique features of Dacris Installer is that it can download packages from the Internet very efficiently, using multiple threads and resume support, like a download manager.

    To hell with this.

Try Inno Setup or NSIS. Much better and free.

Agreed, NSIS is free, has smaller overhead than Dacris, and can download files from the internet (this is not a "unique" feature). Furthermore, they're charging for a front-end to somebody elses work? Riight....
