    if opera have many plugins like firefox and chrome may opera could be the best . i try this version and first time i do, i open my website http://www.cancerhelps.com/obat-kanker.htm and compared with mozilla firefox and google chrome . there's no different time when full page done loaded . smooth scroll still be a plus value for opera . maybe opera must switch off automatic update feature . for me, it's disrupt .

    Sadly, my previous review still holds true. Opera's rushed releases shows a real lack of concern over quality. They simply are no longer listening to their loyal users who are reporting more and more bugs and regressions, seemingly in vain.

    For me, flash video players smear down the page when scrolling and the extension preference over sight are reasons enough for me to not only not upgrade but perhaps begin looking elsewhere

    @gatorfan95,

    masking as IE or FF does NOT mean that Opera is using a different engine, it only has 1. What it does, with a little code, is simply identify itself as another browser when sites do their sniffing. Browser sniffing is generally used by lazy coders who only test in 1 environment and in actuality has nothing to do with the performance of a browser, it's simply a query in the code.

    And as far as Opera having such a tiny market share, just look at the top browser, which is IE, and tell me with a straight face that it's because it is the best. Market share is just a reflection of marketing.

    Now, as for this release, it's ok. It has made a lot of improvements from the 11 branch but has also added more issues which in the grand scheme of things means it is a better browser albeit flawed. As a photographer I am happy that they've finally included ICC profiles, it's about time damn it.

    BUT an issue when cleaning private data that resets extension settings has me reverting back to 12.02 for now

    Not sure who decided that a Release Candidate [RC4] was a Final, but it would be better to double check before making predictions such as this. It may end up being a Final, as many times the RC gets converted without a versioning change - but it has not happened here yet.

    Just getting better and better. Nothing to complain and still one of the best email client ever.
