Opera is just great. If they had the money of Google, they might advertise more. Its not perfect. I like it though. My request is to change the wand to double click to fill fields, like all other browsers. O well.. FTW

Each edition keeps getting better and Unite is for those who have to share files without opening up a port or setting up an FTP, this is far safer and easier way and your data is protected. You don't have to create a torrent either. I do feel Opera is trying to stick to its suite policy, some Widgets are useful like Multi Weather, unit converter, world time etc. but I feel now Opera should go back to grass roots and concentrate of what made them good in first place, that is speed and security.

I always liked Opera as browser but I'm not interested in widgets, "opera links" and even less in "unite".
Since this version my firewall is constantly asking for multicast to 239.0.0.x and 224.0.0.x (even with all those new additional features disabled)
I wish there was a light version of Opera, just the browser. It would be perfect, not all users want an all in one solution.
My respect to Firefox developers in this regard that delivers a solid browser and allow the user to add the "rest" as plugins only if they really need it.
I'm back to v.9.64 (v10.0 is full of bugs) and also back to FF as default browser.

Betanews update the screenshot please! it's 2 generation old already.

The always reliable browser, speed? Can't find any noticable different between this and FF, if you do time to update that dial-up connection.

Omg, even Firefox is faster that this build of Opera. And there are some glitches with Acid 2 and Acid 3 tests with this build.
    Thanks, but no thanks.

I've been a long time user of Opera but have switched to Firefox for three reasons. First because they wont produce a Unite free version, second because Opera can't seem to handle many Google cookies properly and third, Opera definitely got slower with version 10 and FF is now much faster. Try it and see.
