From the developer: you can download free data from the CBOE web site at http://www.cboe.com/Dela...QuoteTableDownload.aspx and then load it manually into Options Czar using the File... Load Data from Disk command and then select "Single file".

Looked promising but I get several OutOfBoundExceptions when running it. But that's not why I'm giving it a 1. That's because it also requires a $35/month registration at stricknet.com. So while there's a 30 day demo, its essentially useless because it had no data to work with.
