PDF-XChange (Pro-Edition) installs a printer to your Windows system and allows you to output from any Windows application directly to an Adobe compatible PDF file. You can add watermarks, adjust compression, embed fonts - anything and more that you can do with alternative products.

I agree 100% with the previous reviewer, lhdal
In my case, I tried the following programs:
doPDF (free) / Nova PDF (the same company's shareware version)
Jaws PDF
PDF Creator
pdfFactory
I put them all to a test of two documents, a complex Word file with different fonts, tables and watermarks, and a Visio diagram with comments.
None produced good enough results for me.
Finally, and fortunately, I tried PDF XChange. It produces files of the same size and equal quality to Adobe's original Acrobat. Plus, it allows you to fine tune the output with a lot of options.
Highly recommended for the price.

Surely the best PDF creator im my opinion.
I've tried
PDF Creator
PDF Creator Pro
Jaws PDF
NicePDF
PDFTypeWriter
All had their defects.
I was disappointed till this.
This program can produce small size PDF's with frontend security settings. (128 bit)
It can empoly Table Of Contents and Bookmarks (live bookmark) correctly. This is not even implemented in some programs. (Especially those that work only as printer driver - This scans the entire file for headers and links)
It supports 1.6 (very new)
File creation is not the fastest but it is not crawling. (Also lower speed is not rare in programs with Bookmark support)
It's not expensive compared to others. I've seen worse for much higher prices.
The screenshot is probably a very old one. Should be updated

The best.
