PHP Runner is probably the best WYSWYG Editor for pure PHP/MySQL Code Generation I have ever seen. It's detailed enough for experienced developers to utilize but simple enough for inexperienced users with no programming knowledge to get up and running quickly. I don't usually endorse software products unless I feel strongly about them and I am passionate about PHP Runner. I am always learning new tricks on their support forum and posting some that I discover on my own on my personal blog, http://www.cottonrohrscheib.com/blog.
