This is FREEWARE from your friends at Bitsum Technologies. Note that these early alpha builds do NOT detect if your CPU is capable of parking or not. That is left for the reader to know. If you don't see your cores parked in the Windows Resource Monitor, then your CPU likely does not support this feature (unless you previously disabled it).
