Pick-a-Tag is a handy program, which randomly picks a tagline from a list of taglines. It creates a signature file from this tagline, which you can use with almost every mailer, like Outlook Express, Netscape Mail, and Eudora.

    Well since a dutch page appears when you clickthe download link and I don't speak a word of it I have no way of obtaining this version.

    Okay, it may not have an installer/uninstaller, but it does exactly what it says: it picks a tagline from a (huge) list (that you create) and creates a signaturefile with it. Simple and effective, no options you'll never use. Besides that: it's free! Where do you find freeware that works this easy these days :-)
