PuraRa is a simple tool that does a simple job: it removes files from your computer that other mainstream cleaning programs tend to overlook. Some of our targets can simply be removed to create some valuable space while others are removed in an attempt to repair certain problems because they will simply recreate themselves.

Link below points to the 288 version (still 1.5) and the proper down link listed on this site is for the 298 (gui says 1.6) version. 1.6 is not even listed on the dev site.
Try CleanUp! You can add files, folders, and even reg keys of your choosing.

But it's too powerful !
I lost all the icons and french redirection in my user folder :
