RadioRelay server is designed for digital radio broadcasting via Local area network or Internet. Broadcasting is realized with using UDP network protocol in MPEG1 Layer 3 audio format. Users can play audio from this server with Winamp.

You can use SHOUTcast or Icecast servers as audio sources for RadioRelay. Main advantage of using RadioRelay server as a relay server of streaming audio is multicast broadcasting. Multicast broadcasting gives you unlimited ability for increasing audience of your listeners, because of lowering of network traffic and economy of system resources. It allows you to start your own Internet radio broadcasting with minimal financial investments.
