    I'm a fan of the latest versions of RealPlayer, I use it for all my media needs. Ive been using it for the last year and download, convert and save all my videos with RP, its pretty universal, plus cs is very helpful when I need some troubleshooting.

    Nothing is free. You pay with your identity. It's laced with advertisements. It's a major cookie dropper. They only support codec files used in their web store. They won't allow you to do any p2p file sharing with this so it is pretty much restrictive to what it can do.
