Really? Version 15? What's new? More malware? More spying? 0/5

Nothing is free. You pay with your identity. It's laced with advertisements. It's a major cookie dropper. They only support codec files used in their web store. They won't allow you to do any p2p file sharing with this so it is pretty much restrictive to what it can do.

It has improved a little over the past couple of years as long as you get the UK installer NOT the USA installer. UK has better privacy rules therefore less adware than the US version. UK installer is a bit smaller also.

Still the worst player EVER. Cool interface? Ha! More like candy coating a turd if you are into that.
Such a piece of crap, it requires adobe flash for mp4 and h.264 videos. No FLAC audio, MKV, or OGG support. No external subtitle support of any kind without installing additional software.
Do yourself a favor and get The KMPlayer, Daum´s PotPlayer, VLC or Media Player Classic Home Cinema. Any of those are WAY more capable to PLAY all your video and audio files with strong support for .srt external subtitles, all of them are a lot lighter than RealCrap player and don´t spy on you or constantly show you ads.
Not even the BBC uses it anymore: "The streaming service provided in RealMedia format has been with us at the BBC since 1996. At the time it was the best option available, but more recently alternative methods of delivery have become just as important. These include Windows Media and Flash.
When evaluating services with our public value tests, which includes the costs of the services, we came to the decision that RealMedia was something we needed to phase out."
