VNC stands for Virtual Network Computing. It is remote control software which allows you to view and interact with one computer (the "server") using a program (the "viewer") on another computer anywhere on the Internet. The two computers don't even have to be the same type, so for example you can use VNC to view an office Linux machine on your Windows PC at home.

    This ain't "free" anymore and if you want to use it for non-commercial use you have to request a license key here:

    http://www.realvnc.com/purchase/activate/

    If I wanted to buy a software for remote desktop connection it would definitely not be RealVNC.

    Well, I finally got "HACKED"! I had been using this Application for [2] years to help people [Seniors] remotely. Constantly [Daily] changing the Password in the app., and I got "HACKED"!!! Getting ready to "Harden" the system. Meanwhile, user beware it could happen to you too.
    I updated the Application and got the updated Security features. Now it runs better, and safer than ever. I love this Program!!!
