Rebel EFI software will allow users to install operating systems of their choosing, including OS X, on their computers. The Darwin Universal Boot Loader allows for the easy installation and management and up to six different operating systems. The Safe Update tool screens and approves software updates available from Apple. Safe Update also allows for the detection and acquisition of the most up-to-date hardware profiles available from Psystar. It provides direct customer service through the interface itself.
Reviewing 1.0 (Oct 26, 2009)
Unless Psystar has given all the bootloader modifications to the related open source projects from which these came from then this software is illegal.
This has been noticed by many people before, but now people are actually researching it up.

The answer is yes. For now, though, the program only works with Intel processors, more specifically, those used in Apple computer (Core 2 Duo, etc.). I did read on a forum elsewhere that Snow Leopard was successfully installed, with this method, on an Intel Atom proc, or what I would immediately assume to be a netbook. For the time being, and for who knows how long, AMD is not supported. Rebel EFI runs at the boot level, essentially creating a dual boot beween Snow Leopard and 7, Vista, or whatever Windows distro you have.
Does this mean that if I purchase this software and place it on my Windows machine, if I had a copy of Apple's Operating System, I could place it on my Windows machine and boot from either Windows or Apple? Does this software allow all Windows machines to run as Apple computers?
