With $149, you could as well buy a copy of XP or Vista OEM :P
Besides, fixing XP's registry is as simple as booting the recovery console (or a LiveCD like Knoppix) and copying the registry files in \WINDOWS\Repair over to \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Config
Finally, this program doesn't support Vista *at all*.
Why would anyone want to spend $149 for this? Even if it were released as freeware, the utility of this program is highly questionable.
