I rate this as 4: It still not have the FAX Over Ip capabilities. example I want to fax to overseas/long distance it didnt have options to send it using FAX Over Ip services. or using our own office in that country/city, to reduce phone cost. The OCR capabilities need to be improved. or add option to use other OCR such as omnipage which is the best OCR software available. And the maker need to consider to add some more functions such as: - counting the fax send for each user (and also the destination: local/interlocal or international), or something like billing with cost for each fax send locally, and to long distance/for each city(by area code) , ETC. - or give credits systems. or somethings like prepaid system.

In a over-saturated market of overpriced fax servers, RelayFax is definitely a suigeneris Fax server. Feature packed, solid and at a great price, that's a recipe for success when speaking of software!!!

Been using RelayFax now for several months with no complaints. It's an incredible piece of software for the money - low price, but packed with features. And VERY reliable... it keeps going, and going, and going....
