    I've tried launching the program 3 times; 3 times it crashed my system. Strike three, you're out.

    Tried it, its very weak on some emails, fails to recognise IP etc.. not good at all, earlier version was better by miles

    Good idea. Would be better if it automatically copied the headers from the mail client, and copied them into the abuse email.

    I look forward to receiving spam now, I lie in wait for the little gets. Great program.

    Has to be used with care though, sometimes it does come up with slightly worrying results that you'd rather not act on. But no tool like this is going to be perfect.

    Very easy to use with that rare animal, help that helps instead of confusing you more.
