Hats off to the author for coding this in 100% ASM, but unfortunately it still doesn't compare with Notepad2 (http://www.flos-freeware.ch/notepad2.html). In fact, according to Process Explorer, Notepad2 actually uses less working memory to operate (and that's apart from having a million more features including syntax highlighting). This program needs to mature a little more before it becomes a proper contender in its field.
