Search And Replace allows you to find text in files and replace with a string of your choice. Just enter the file extensions that you want and drag-n-drop (or type) the directory that you would like to search. You also have the possibility to search subdirectories. Search And Replace is completely free.

Cool little utility! I like the bit of humor on the author's page, too.
A couple nitpicks: It asked if I wanted to automatically check for updates once per month when first launched. I said no, but it left the setting enabled anyway (under the Tools menu). I also think it could use a Browse button, rather than requiring you to manually enter the path to be searched. It would also be nice if it could do things like DOS-to-Unix conversions. (If it can, I don't know how...)
