SimilarImages is a free application designed to find duplicate images on your hard drives. It uses a fast Graphics Library to access the files and analyze the contents, and not the binary contents, of a file. Depending on the results (datasets), it computes comparision values on a file-to-file basis. If this comparision value is below a certain, user-configurable value, the file-pair will be considered similar, and the "Compare Files" Window shows up.
