SlimCleaner lets you clean and optimize Windows systems using a crowd-sourced approach. SlimCleaner uses aggregated-cloud feedback to recommend optimal settings for programs, start-ups and services.

I feel you are far better off using the likes of CCleaner or Xleaner. The problem with such cloud based programs opinions of what is good or useful depends on the intelligence of the user base, that is the main problem with this program.
After running this program longer some of the advice given is plain wrong, & any registry cleaner is of questionable value & could mess a PC up. Beware of removing windows services unless you know what you are doing regardless of this programs advice. OK if you have system backups.

Just found this great tool, and SlimDrivers from same company.
Amazing software, works really good, have a nice interface, and best of all they are completely free.
I've used ashampoo winoptimizer for many years, but this seems to be my new favorite.

Very good, great interface. it seems to lack overwriting of files for privacy on cleaning. Or am I missing something.
You can however drag files into a trasher in the program but that's not helpful when cleaning browsers etc..
Reviewing 1.8 (Jul 14, 2011)
I think the program is very good. The upside to the requent updates is the list of apps it cleans (i believe) and the community ratings and what the files do is more up to date. It does not have the registry cleaner that CCleaner has. But it is good for the average person and cleans up temp files just as good as CCleaner. It does detect startup apps that even WinPatrol Plus doesn't detect. So it is like CCLeaner and WinPatrol Plus all rolled into one. (Minus WP's active monitor if you use it.)
Reviewing 1.6 (May 26, 2011)
I was surprised how good the interface is. Not a bad program, but if you use CCleaner along with the Enhancer it's not really needed & not as good.
Reviewing 1.6 (May 25, 2011)
Similar to CCleaner, but CC is better.
SlimCleaner could be useful for average users, since it gives rates to your startup items, services, etc.
On the downside, program tries to update and downloads something almost everytime you launch it.
Reviewing 0.9 Beta (Oct 20, 2010)
I would go to the homepage and then go to the forum and read things before installing this. Read both the problem questions asked by users and also the replies.
Even when a thread states it's regarding slimcleaner, some of the replies seem to be very unhelpful & refer to other slim products.
