Smailey XP is a program that allows you to add smiley faces to your email messages. It works with Outlook Express to automatically insert the smiley picture you select into your message.

    would be better as an outlook plugin

    possible features:

    - allow user to upload smily set to his own webserver
    - plugin would then place remote images inline in html message
