    Smart UAC Replacement is good but it can actually be substituted by just switching UAC off and having no problems.
    But if you are really concerned about security, Smart UAC Replacement can be used as well.

    Smart UAC Replacement is a pretty good substitution for Vista's UAC. I use it for half a year already and can say that I'm satisfied having that.

    And the difference between this and just turning UAC off?

    Im thinking just turning UAC off would be safer
