Spooty Desktop Photo displays a frame that shows photos on your desktop wherever you decide you want them. It can resize the photos however big or small you like. It will smoothly display photos from a whole folder and its subfolders in the order you put them on your computer, or in a random order. You can let the program change the photos for you at a customizable interval, or you can manually go back and forth through your collection.
