Application is suitable both for personal and business use. All tasks can have customized priority level, task type, due date, and reminder. The ridiculous asking price is a complete dealbreaker for this thing. Also, the "tree-based" format isn't exactly a bright new idea. Get Google Desktop with the Tabbed To-Do list plugin for free instead. Or, again free, just get Stickies and use the [] checkbox functionality. http://www.zhornsoftware.co.uk/stickies/ You can set alarms and even attach sticky notes to program windows, so that for example when you open your web browser you automatically trigger your "don't look at porn" sticky note. Or something.

I like it. Attractive and simple. Does what it's supposed to and does it well, doesn't clutter up the place with garbage features that nobody would use.
30 bucks for a to-do list app mightn't be everyones idea of value though.
