Tagalog Translator is a free dictionary for Tagalog to English and English to Tagalog. Including 'expressions' and language 'categories' for quick look-up of specific words. This version does work with Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, XP and Vista. Also non-English versions of Windows supported now.
