Even for a simple, clean UI, To-do List needs a few more features. The ability to add tabs at the bottom of the screen for different types/sections of notes, to number the notes, along with a comprehensive set of keyboard shortcuts would be a great start.

Complete waste of money, especially when there is a freeware app, also called ToDoList, that does a whole lot more (and has full source code) Check out the following page for more info http://www.codeproject.com/tools/ToDoList2.asp
