ToeTag lets you edit the tags in most popular music files. You can edit tags like artist, album, song name, etc., add or remove cover art, get song information on-line from the free tracktype.org server, use information from the filename to fill in tag data, organize your collection by renaming or moving files based on song tags, edit less common tags like composer, conductor, and more. It has advanced features like automating common tasks, intelligent song capitalization, a visual editor for extracting tags from the filename, ReplayGain support, and much more.

Latest Changes:

• Deletes empty parent directories if delete directories is set
• Option to warn when moving selected and offers to move all
• Warns if ID3v2 tag is invalid or not present. Needed for non-MP3 files
• Code cleanup
• ToeTag will not close after displaying old version warning
• Fix case now only fixes selected rows. Before it always fixed all
• Treat none selected as all handled more consistently
• Windows XP should now show "->" on tabs instead of garbage

I think the competition has something to worry about. Not only faster then MP3Tag for mass editing, the directory browsing is a plus. Not bad for second beta release and it can only get better.

the worst id3 tag editor ever! Better stick with MP3Tag or TagScanner if I was you.

Pretty solid in my experience for a 0.1 release, and it has the directory browsing tree that MP3Tag so desperately lacks.
