TorrentControl allows modification of uploaded data amount announced to BitTorrent trackers according to rules. Rules are created automatically when download is started and can be created, modified or deleted manually. Rules are based on random values computed from specific range unique for each BitTorrent tracker. Supports every BitTorrent client that can be connected through HTTP Proxy.
