TrayLaunchy is a small tool for launching applications from the system tray. It has a low memory footprint (less than 1MB) and is non-intrusive. Includes built-in support for running multiple versions and profiles of Firefox, Thunderbird or any other Gecko-based application.

    small but it does what it saya, simple and doesnt take much memory in the background..REQUEST: please add option for submenus..and better support for launching programs with switches/parameters.

    so, V.A, Opera, Limewire and Winamp are gecko applications? I think not, pay attention. The app just has profile specific elements for gecko, it works with all regular executables, just works on shortcuts. So think of it like RocketDock without the eye-candy, and it's in the tray out-of-your way.

    I don't see any reason for it to require .NET, clearly this program could be written in API, and .NET just adds bloat to it.

    4/5 I could probably write this client myself.

    Only a 3 because I am wondering ...
    In the description I only see :
    Firefox, Thunderbird or any other Gecko-based application.

    What about the MS-programs that I use every day ?

    Nice little app. Works better than changing the system variable manually, cause when you do that it breaks the ability to click links in other programs and have them load in Firefox.
