TrendProtect is a free browser plug-in that helps you avoid Web pages with unwanted content and hidden threats. It rates the current page and pages listed in Google, MSN, and Yahoo search results. You can use the rating to decide if you want to visit or avoid a given Web page. To rate Web pages, it refers to an extensive database that covers the following information for billions of Web pages: Content category, Phishing scam detection, Site reputation, and Page reputation.

    Seems to work good. Just added Vista support. I had put it on Vista years ago and would not work or un-install. Now Win 7 is out next week and what is it gonna be another 4 years till this thing is updated for Win 7?

    This company works perfect. Very valuable softwares they do. And the result is successfull.
    Try all softwares and install to your PC. But install it to clean installed windows and updated windows.Do nothing.Trend Micro softwares does all automatically.Try it like that.When you learn it do many changes I mean how you use your pc for home or bussines.You can forget it works alone. It cleans everthing which are disaster for your PC. It tells you if there is an update for your windows too. You smile and your PC smiles.

    TrendProtect is a great tool to finding out if the sites you visit are safe or not.

    Also handy when searching on the web.
    It tells you which websites you need to avoid and which are safe to browse to.

    Although, it only works in Internet Explorer and I don't often use it.

    It has a FireFox version as well and I run both versions ( for IE and FireFox ).

    Another great product from Trend Micro. The ratings for search results is especially nice.
