Tweaking.com - Simple System Tweaker is designed to bring only the safest tweaks to your system to increase speed and stability.
Windows is setup in a default configuration. By fine tuning your Windows configuration you can increase the speed and snappiness of the operating system. These tweaks are the ones that are safe and shown to cause no side effects with any programs. Each tweak only gives a small performance boost. But they all add up, so the more tweaks you do the more performance you get.

This is not "crap" as the previous reviewer mentioned. These are valid system tweaks, that have been documented, and can be done manually through registry edits. This program makes it easy, by doing the registry edits for you. You can pick & choose the tweaks, or go with the default set of tweaks. There is a function to backup the registry, in case you decide that there was an issue. These tweaks are especially helpful when working on slower machines, whereby my clients ask me if there is anything to help speed things up a bit. There is a noticeable improvement most times.

No scam at all. I used to frequent a forum where the moderators preached that registry cleaners were useless as well. I left that group because they are basically uneducated. The blind leading the blind you might say. What a bunch of crap that forum was fed. Anyhow, this app is totally free and does just as well as Windows 7 Manager in this area. I totally recommend it.
