U.R Celeb is a freeware that will make you a celebrity. Insert your digital photo, Edit a few titles and make a real magazine cover. You can edit the captions, their colors, and add other mini images with their own captions (i.e., to indicate other stories inside the issue). When youâ??ve finished designing your custom magazine cover, you can save it to your hard drive, print, or e-mail it to friends and family.

    Not freeware, $12.99 shareware, with a pop-up ad if you try to leave the website offering you what amounts to the trial pay option. Website is suspicious looking at best, author purposely submitted this as freeware, stay away from it.
