Usage Monitor lets you set watch limits on processes to know when your process is using too much. Watch limits can be placed on Memory Usage, GDI Objects, and USER Objects. This is a great tool for any developer.

    Nice tool usefull to check specific applications resource usage, but written in VB6 and as usual withVB apps, installer comes with a lot of DLL/OCX (but I understand they are needed to be sure the application will work).

    If you need a small resource monitor (100KB, zero install, no DLL) that show you which app(s) is/are hiring your system then go to TinyResMeter 0.97+ that display Top RAM, Top CPU and Top DISK process.

    Clever design and organization makes me keep Veign's Usage Monitor on my taskbar for quick access to check out which programs are doing what, especially new ones.
